Course Description
In a rapidly changing business environment, it is critical for project stakeholders to have tools, technology and processes to communicate time-sensitive information. A solid framework for communication promotes team success. Using real-world case studies, participants simulate the project and business impact of incorporating continuous collaboration to facilitate results-based performance.
