PRMG 0015 - Project Management Foundations
Course Description
Build a strong project management foundation with a practical, real-world approach to planning and delivering projects.
In this course, participants develop core tools and techniques to lead a project through its entire lifecycle, from defining scope and breaking down work to estimating, scheduling and tracking performance. The course also focuses on collaboration, stakeholder engagement and aligning projects with organizational goals.
Whether strengthening a basic understanding of project management or adding new techniques to an established approach, participants leave with skills and confidence to lead projects more effectively and deliver measurable results.
This is a required class for those pursuing the Project Management Certificate and a recommended first class for that certificate.
