Course Description

Build a smarter, more adaptive approach to project management by combining human-centered leadership with the power of artificial intelligence.

Using proven project management frameworks and emotional intelligence insights, this course dives into the best ways to combine emotional intelligence (EI) with AI to lead more effective, resilient teams. Participants will explore how to strengthen essential human skills — communication, empathy, adaptability and ethical decision-making — while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, streamline collaboration and support better, faster decisions.

Through real-world case studies, hands-on exercises and team-based projects, participants will gain practical strategies for navigating complex project environments where human insight and intelligent systems must work together. This course focuses on building trust, fostering inclusive team dynamics and using AI responsibly to enhance — not replace —human capability.
