PRMG 0020 - Agile in Practice for Today’s Teams
Course Description
Gain hands-on experience applying Agile principles, values and frameworks at work and for project delivery in unconventional settings. This 14-hour course extends beyond foundational theoretical concepts, providing practical application through simulations and collaborative exercises reflecting typical real-world challenges.
Through a series of instructor-facilitated sessions, participants get the opportunity to complete team and individual-based activities within an Agile-oriented setting. Participants gain experience interacting within ceremonies, creating and sizing user stories, managing product backlogs, visualizing workflows and responding to changing requirements. All activities are geared towards creating high-performing teams, ultimately improving efficiency and helping you meet organizational goals.
