Whether you’re managing personal finances, building budgets, creating business models or performing data analysis, this course provides the essential skills to use Excel with confidence and efficiency.
Learn how to navigate the Excel interface, enter and manage data, perform basic calculations, format worksheets for clarity and prepare your work for printing or sharing. These foundational skills will help you work smarter and support data-driven decisions in your workplace or personal projects.

Live Online Requirements:
To participate remotely, you must have:
- Microsoft Excel 2019, Excel 2021 or Excel for Microsoft 365 (Desktop version only)
- Reliable internet connection
- Microphone and speakers/headphones
- Webcam (required for attendance and engagement)
- Mouse (preferred over a touchpad for precision)
- Tip: A second monitor or extended screen setup is highly recommended for ease of learning.

- Enter, edit and organize cell data using a variety of commands and tools to structure worksheets effectively
- Construct basic formulas and insert commonly used functions to perform calculations and automate data processing
- Modify worksheets by inserting, deleting and resizing rows and columns and by using search, replace and proofing tools to refine content
- Format text, numbers and cells to improve readability and presentation using styles, themes, templates and conditional formatting
- Prepare workbooks for printing by setting up page layouts, adjusting print areas and configuring headers and footers
- Manage workbook structure and properties by organizing worksheets, customizing views and maintaining workbook metadata
