HSRV 0003 - Assessing and Evaluating My Supervisee
Course Description
This course explores the roles, goals and principles of clinical supervision, with a focus on the four core areas of supervision. Participants will develop the ability to assess and evaluate supervisees by examining their techniques, intervention skills and observational methods through the collection and analysis of relevant data. The course addresses key aspects of supervision, including the dynamics of the counselor/supervisor relationship, parallel processes and the interactions between the client, counselor and supervisor. Participants will gain practical skills for addressing issues such as resistance, maintaining boundaries and setting clear expectations to foster an effective supervisory environment.
