Please Note: This is an accelerated Six Sigma program. The instructional modules are designed to immerse participants in the core principles, tools and methodologies of Six Sigma through guided lessons and activities. While students may reflect on their own projects during the course, project work itself is not completed during the instructional portion. Instead, project execution begins after the course, once participants have built the necessary foundation.
Earning Criteria: This certification is awarded by a Master Black Belt instructor upon successful completion of the course, registration in capstone project and approval of the final capstone project. Successful completion of the course includes but is not limited to: attend all classes, active participation in class discussions, completion of all course work and assignments.
Capstone Project: To earn this certification, you will need to complete a capstone project. The capstone project must be completed through the course, Capstone Project: Six Sigma Black Belt –Manufacturing.
