The Engineering Management Essentials Microcredential provides a practical foundation for engineers and technical professionals preparing to take on leadership responsibilities. Through two short, industry-focused courses, you'll build the skills to communicate effectively, improve team performance, manage operations and successfully transition into leadership roles.
